Partners John Beach, John Sheffield, and Sam Collins had a dream of building one of the most dependable companies in the lumber industry. This dream gave rise to Riverside Forest Products, Inc. which was founded March 15, 1983 in North Augusta, South Carolina.
They placed a lot of emphasis on their relationships with both suppliers and customers. These connections were crucial to their success. In 1988, they moved the business to Augusta, Georgia, where it still resides today.
Riverside’s success for the last 40 years is attributed to consistently offer clients high-quality products and value added services at the best possible price combined with educated, professional customer service.
